2. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK, please contact us to see if shipping is possible.


3. How much does shipping cost?

All orders within the United Kingdom qualify for free shipping.


4. How long does shipping take?

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Transit time: 6–8 business days

  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days


5. Which carriers do you use?

We ship via UPS, Royal Mail, and DHL, depending on your location and order.


6. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package’s progress through our Order Tracking page.


7. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Defective or damaged items: We will cover the cost of the return.

  • Change of mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


8. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order before it has been processed and shipped. Once the order is accepted and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return it according to our Return Policy.
